To create a new Automation, go to Automations, select Create, and complete the form.
Automation Name: This can be anything you want, but it’s recommended to use something descriptive and related to the Automation. This field is editable, so you can update it anytime.
Text Message: This is the content of the Automation and what will be sent to the guest. You can personalize it using the following keys:

,{depart_date}
.Status: You can disable Automations from sending if needed. When an Automation is disabled, it will no longer send to guests.
Criteria
Criteria: you can select to send this message to:
Customers Arriving In:
Customers Arrived:
Customers Departing In:
Customers Departed:
Days: This is the day value that relates to the Criteria, for example:
Customers Arriving In 1 Day
This will send the automation to all guests with an arrival date in 1 day
Customers Arrived 1 Day
This will send the automation to all guests who arrived 1 day ago
Customers Departing In 1 day
This will send the automation to all guests departing in 1 day
Customers Departed 1 day
This will send the automation to all guests who departed 1 day ago
Time: This is the time you want to the send the automation to all of the guests based on the criteria you have set.
