To create a new template, go to Templates, select Create, and complete the form.
Template Name: This can be anything you want, but it’s recommended to use something descriptive and related to the template. This name will appear on the message screen when you select templates. This field is editable, so you can update it anytime.
Text Message: This is the content of the template and what will be sent to the guest. You can personalize it using the following keys:

,{arrive_date}
,{depart_date}
.Status: You can disable templates if needed. When a template is disabled, it will not appear as an option on the messaging screen.
Once you’ve created your template, go to Messages, select a conversation, and then select Templates. Your newly created template will now be available for use.
