There are a couple of prerequisites you need to ensure are complete before you can start sending messages. These include:
Your account is fully set up, and a mobile number has been assigned.
You have either imported contacts from your PMS integration, uploaded them manually, or created them individually.
Once these steps are complete, you're ready to start sending messages.
To send a message:
Go to the Messages section.
Select the contact you want to message, and a new message window will appear.
Type your message and click Send.
That's it! You're all set to communicate with your guests.
