Connecting Scanotel to your Mews PMS is a straightforward process that allows you to synchronize reservation and guest data seamlessly. This integration enables you to automate messaging, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest communication.

To connect with Mews you will need an access token, contact us at hello@scanotel.com and we can request this for you from Mews.

Once you have the access token, login www.scanotel.com, select Integrations, and then Mews.

You will now be prompted to enter your access token, we recommend pasting this code in, to avoid any errors.

Once finished, you will be instantly connected, click 'Sync Contacts' and this will automatically import all of your reservations into Scanotel for the next 60 days.

The integration will then run 3 times a day:

It will also run just before any automations are scheduled, this is to ensure the latest information when running automations.
